Combining her experience with passion, Claire Creates & delivers authentic experiences that marry the sustainable with the luxury, the ancient with the modern, allowing guests to embrace the elemental magic of the Rugged Costal Landscape of the North Coast.

Mussenden Temple first opened its doors to guests on November 21, and throughout 2021, Mussenden Sea Salt proudly partnered with The National Trust to deliver luxury dining experiences that celebrate the best of local food producers.
