Returns Policy
You can return a product for a full refund for up to 28 days after your purchase. If it is over 28 days, then we would unfortunately be unable to offer a refund. To be suitable for a refund, your items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If returning an item please include the original packaging slip or a note with our original order number, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that you keep a receipt of your postage for future reference and we ask you to ensure you track your order if it is over £35.
Once in receipt of your returned items, we will refund the products once that the product can be confirmed to have not been opened or used.

Refunds
One your product has been returned and a refund has been approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, within 7-10 days from the approval date.
In the event of a missing or late refund, please email us at info@mussendenseasalt.com and add Missing refund into the subject line please.
